DIY Advent Calendar/Wreath

Advent season begins Sunday,Nov.27th,2016 .  It’s not too late to make your own handmade Advent calendar or wreath. What is your family’s favourite Advent tradition? Calendar or wreath? These four ideas are my favourites. Simple, economical and fun for the whole family. I love incorporating traditions and spirit of the holiday season by lending more upcycle materials in wreaths and calendars. The ideas below can be personalized to include your own traditions too.

My thanks to the crafters of these wonderful Advent creations and for sharing their ideas:

Tip~I use cedar and herb branches such as bay laurel ,rosemary and citrus fruits makes for lovely aroma addition to a wreath. Tho,be careful with lit candle around these materials and never ever leave a lit candle unattended!

Share your favourite Advent traditions below.

Cheers!
